What is the carbon deposit?
Carbon deposition is a black and pyrogenic substance is produced by the incomplete combustion of unsaturated olefin and colloid in the fuel oil and engine oil at high temperature but do not exhaust with the automobile exhaust in time and then accumulate in the automobile systems. However, the manufacturing process of auto engine become more and more accurate and complex, and the lower of tolerance of the fault and efficiency of the engine. 1. Push the washing machine next to the car needed to be cleaned, then remove the engine inlet and connect it to the a connector suitable with the oil inlet, and then connect to the quick-change connector of the washing machine.
2. Remove the gasoline pump to stop it working (which must be done before cleaning) or remove the engine return pipe and plug the engine return pipe with the appropriate connector. (This step can be ignored if there is no return tubing engine.
3. Turn the injector cleaning liquid cap down, then pour the needed cleaning liquid into the tank, and tighten the cap. (Notice: the gasket must not be left out and the lid must be tightened)
4. Connect the air source, the air source for 4-6Kg/cm2 compressed air. (Notice: pressure regulating valves and needle valves must be closed before compressed air connected to. And prohibit exceeding 8/Kg/cm2 pressure)
5. Pull out a little bit the "left" knob of the air pressure regulating valve of the cleaning machine , then rotate the pressure regulating valve clockwise, start the engine running at normal idle speed, that is, carry on the cleaning work, (the pressure regulating valve rotates clockwise to boost the pressure, Rotating counterclockwise to decompression, pressure regulating EFI vehicle is about 2.5kg / cm2, fuel truck is about 2Kg/cm2 pressure, but must be adjusted according to the pressure required by the engine of the vehicle)
6. Start the vehicle while opening the control valve on the connecting pipe and start cleaning.
7. The cleaning time is about 6 ~ 8 minutes or until the cleaning liquid is used up.
8. The cleaning is over. Firstly turn the pressure regulating valve "left" counterclockwise to close, then remove the connectors, restore the engine return tubing as before, connect the oil pump insurance, start the engine, refuel properly. Finally, check the connection pipe whether is letting out.
